Shredding knives are used for waste materials in plastics processing industry installed on the  crushing machines ,we supplied various machinery shredders, such as: Amis – Zerma, Vecoplan, Lindner, Mewa, Zeno, Weima, Untha, Eldan, Wagner and others.We manufacture different shapes of Shredding Knives: cubes,square,rectangular,circular

The shape and the material type is determined according to the application. The mostly used steel qualities mainly are 1.2379, SKD11 and D2. In order to achieve the best technical solution we manufacture upon the customer’s request also Shredding Knives from other materials.

Characteristic:

• shredder knives most often of square or circular shape
• shredder knives of hardness 52 to 59 HRC, lower hardness recommended for materials with admixture of metals
• heat treatment made in a special computer-controlled furnace
• other components for crushing machines: stator knives and holders

Material:

1. HSL – 1.2379 – D2, chipper – 1.2362 – A8
